Eight Stories teamed up with IN PLACE to create an evening of music and discussion led by some of Ireland’s top pro-choice gals. The event was held in a derelict office building in the heart of Dublin, transforming vacant space into a hub of creativity for a cause. The line-up on the night interspersed music, spoken word, and debate,
featuring some stellar Repeal art and merchandise for sale.
The line up included musical performances by HAWK, Farah Elle, Rachael Lavelle, Claire Mulholland, and Rosa Nutty, and inspiring talks by Ailbhe Smyth and Anna Cosgrave, as well as spoken word pieces by Alicia Byrne Keane, Ailish Kerr, and Sian Conway.
The event raised over €2000 for the cause, with the majority of the profits going directly to the Abortion Rights Campaign, the rest split between the work of Eight Stories and IN PLACE.
